v School Volunteer Records Check Procedures, 2016-17
According to JCBE Policy 03.06, the following School Volunteer Records Check process will be instituted for the 2016-17 school year:
All JCPS parent and community volunteers whose School Volunteer Records Check was cleared prior to July 1, 2015, are required to submit to a new background clearance for the 2016-17 school year.
Schools may want to encourage volunteers to submit their School Volunteer Records Checks Form online at Volunteer Records Check.
