Here is the permission slip and itinerary for the KMEA Festival on Tuesday, March 19th.
Due to some concerns regarding the fundraiser, I'm slightly changing things as to how it will be done. Please read ALL of the following carefully.
**Those wanting to do the pre-sale - you can do the pre-sale, and this as well! 😊. Pre-sale boxes have to be paid for upfront & will then be your property. No refunds. Presale boxes are available between March 2nd and 5th and can be purchased for $50.00. There are only 63 of these boxes available so they are first come, first served and can be paid for with cash or check. If you wish to claim one of these boxes, comment under the post on the parent Facebook page.
The more we sell, the more 💲 for the band! 😁
I need to know who will be participating and the number of boxes you can sell. I'll be making a one time order due to s/h cost. This way, there will not be any back and forth and confusion over people getting extra boxes before running out. So please know that what you for is all you will be getting.
Fundraiser dates March 11 to March 25.
Candy bars will be $1 each.
**When selling, students should keep their boxes with them. Any lost or stolen boxes are the responsibility of the student/family. Any difference in actual money collected and the $60 it cost per box ( if the box sells completely out) will be the responsibility of the student/family.
*ALL boxes will be signed out like we do with spirit gear.
*ALL money must be turned in by March 25.

Hello all! I am about to start nominations for the 2019 UofL Summer Wind Band Institute. If the musician that lives in your home is interested, please let me know! This is a GREAT summer music camp and I HIGHY recommend it for the musician that wants to move to the next level of playing!
