Picture ordering information: Orders are due THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH. Your child should have brought home an order form the day we took the photographs. If not, there are several ways to get one. There will be extra forms in the band room or you can download one from the website. Craigdavisphotography.com or you can also order online (Click on Online Ordering). We understand we do things a little different than in years past. This is a prepaid order program so for this year if you would like to see proofs, I will be at Eastern with a proof sheet on Thursday 9/27 during practice. These forms need to be turned in and marked clearly with "Band Photos" to the blue box in the band room or given to me by Thursday, 9/27. Thank you!

As of now, we are a go for tonight. Ms. Kaelin and I will speak again after school. I have canceled the middle school students due to the unpredictable weather. I will update you as I know anything.

Hello all! I have met with Ms. Kaelin and Mr. Hawes. After discussing the investigation, I feel confident that everything has been handled appropriately from the standpoint of being an employee and from also being a current parent. I feel everything has been handled appropriately and has been resolved.
Students may leave waterjugs and instruments in the band room. There are to be no dufflebags or backpacks left in the band room. Those must go in a locker. Students may leave shorts/tennis shoes with their water jug as long as it is not in a bag.
Again, I am satisfied with the outcome and I trust you will be too. GO EAGLES!

Had I known everyone was so anxious to start selling mums, we would have started 3 months ago. Here is what you need to know.
The mums come in 9 inch pots and will be roughly 24 inches in diameter at the top. They come in 5 colors, Red, Yellow, Purple, White and Orange. The cost is $10 each. Checks are to be made payable to "EHS Band Parent Association". Orders and payment are due on Sept 21st. If it is the 22nd, the answer is no, I can not get them ordered. Please give to me or Karen, Not the blue box and Not Mr. Arthur. Mums will be delivered on Thursday, September 27th to the upper lot. They must be picked up between 4 - 8 pm on the 27th. Please make sure someone is there to pick up your order.
This has been a great fundraiser for the band the last couple years. I would like to see it be an awesome one this year. If each family could sell at least 10 (not saying you have to and definitely not saying you have to buy 10) that would be awesome. So ask your family, your friends, your neighbors, co-workers, co-worker's friends, family & neighbors. Let's make this mum sale one to remember.
