Hello senior band families! The time has come for the trip to the Arthur's Farm! We were up there all weekend getting it ready for visitors!
Here is the information I have to share with you:
We will leave Eastern at 8:30 AM on Saturday, May 12th. It's about a 2 hour drive. We expect to be home around 11:00 PM. PLEASE EMAIL ME IF YOU CAN DRIVE!
I need to know which parents can drive and how many people you can take in your vehicle. Students are not permitted to drive themselves.
We will have lunch (sandwiches) and dinner (burgers and hotdogs). We will be collecting $10 per person going to cover the cost of food.
We will ask that each family bring chips, water and Gatorade.
We will cook appetizers as well as make homemade ice cream.
Bring a lawn chair!
There is a pond if you want to go fishing. Bring your fishing pole!
There are almost 250 acres to explore if you want to go hiking.
We will hook the wagon to the tractor and take a wagon ride.
